August 25, 2023

Math: Scholars will be multiplying by tens, hundreds, and thousands.

Science: Scholars will learning about the Earth’s axis and gravitational pull including the moon.

Literature: Scholars will begin reading The Voyage of the Dawn Treader and start characterization with Lucy and Edmond.

Grammar/Writing: Scholars will work on cause and effect.

History: Scholars will learn about world lakes.

Math: Scholars will practice fact fluency, and were introduced to bar modeling.

Science: Scholars will discuss the universe, the earth, and how rotation affects us.

Literature: Scholars will read and annotate as they read passages from Grimm’s Fairy Tales.

Grammar/Writing: Scholars will review parts of speech and sentences.

History: Scholars will discuss the importance of history and maps.
